Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

We ship via UPS. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Ralure Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by carrier, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned and needs to be resent.
What to include in the Shipping Policy
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Ralure Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within three days of delivery with photos of the damage, so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
