Return Policy

1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene and product safety regulations.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

 

• Order number

 

• Photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the item or provide a solution promptly.

 

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. For lost packages, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.

 

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
